Companies:
At Det Lille Apotek, you can host parties, both corporate and private. If you are a large group, we can offer the restaurant’s four rooms where you can accommodate a maximum of 95 people.
For groups of up to 23 people, you can sit in one room. For 40 people, you will be seated in two rooms, and for 60 people, you will be seated in three rooms.
For groups of 1 to 9 people, you can order á la carte. For groups of 10 to 16 people, the food must be pre-ordered with a maximum of 8 different dishes, at least 5 days in advance (vegetarian and allergy options are available).
For groups of 17 and above, a set menu must be pre-ordered at least 5 days in advance (vegetarian and allergy options are available). The menu is available on our website www.detlilleapotek.dk.
Cancellation:
If you are unable to reach your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible so that others can get benefit from your table. Call us on +45 33125606 or send an e-mail to kontakt@detlilleapotek.dk. If you are more than 15 minutes late and have not informed us, we reserve the right to release the table to others.
In case of no-show without prior cancellation, the restaurant reserves the right to send a bill of DKK 300.00 per person of the number of guests booked.
In case of cancellation or change in the number of ordered food:
Latest 24 hours before the event, the number of guests attending should be notified to the kitchen, which will determine the agreed upon price per person.
In case of a no-show for a confirmed written arrangement, the full price of the total amount for the event will be charged.
Payment:
When paying with a credit card, a fee is charged, which corresponds to what the provider charges us. It is usually +0.75-0.88% for Danish corporate credit cards. For foreign credit cards (from countries outside the EEA) such as Visa/MasterCard, around +1.8% is charged, while +2.40% is charged for American Express and Diners.
It is not possible to pay individually with any form of payment card. The full amount for the entire table/party must be paid together on one card, unless otherwise agreed with the office.
It is possible to have the bill sent if agreed with the office. Send an email to info@detlilleapotek.dk.
Other information:
- Gift card: Can be purchased at the restaurant or by sending an email to kontakt@detlilleapotek.dk, after which you will receive an account number to deposit money into, and then the gift card will be sent. A gift card is valid for 1 year. If it is about to expire, please send an email to info@detlilleapotek.dk or call +45 33125606.
- Children are very welcome: We have 1 high chair for your baby, and unfortunately it is not possible to bring strollers or prams down into the restaurant, but they are very welcome to stand outside and if there is space, it is also possible for them to be folded up and placed behind the main entrance.
We do not have a changing table.
- Access for disabled and wheelchair users: Everyone is very welcome at the restaurant Det Lille Apotek, but there are 4 steps down. Unfortunately, we do not have a handicap toilet. But we would like to do everything we can to help you down into the restaurant.
- Lost property: Stored in the restaurant for 2 weeks. Then it is delivered to the Danish Red Cross.
- Pets: Unfortunately, not allowed at Det lille Apotek.
